Lime Grove Cottage is a new 3 bed residential provision that focuses on supporting children and young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties, physical disabilities, are neuro-diverse and/or have mental health needs.
We are currently recruiting for Child Care Workers who will be responsible for providing outstanding care to the children and young people, treating them with dignity and respect .
As a Child care worker, you must be optimistic and compassionate about the care you provide, promoting good childcare practices through the provision of a caring environment for the children in accordance with the home's statement of purpose and function, and in line with Nugent's core values.
The overriding principle is that the children we care for should have an experience that is as enjoyable as possible, in a safe, healthy and relaxed environment which enables them to reach their full potential.
The successful candidates will have a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this, which will be funded via an accredited Apprenticeship.
