    Cladding Designer needed in London

    About Our Client:
    Our esteemed client, a leading sub-contractor in the cladding industry, is currently seeking a talented Cladding Designer to join their team in London


    Role Overview:

    As a Cladding Designer for our client, you'll be responsible for producing CAD designs for Curtain Walling and Cladding systems.

    Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you'll translate concepts into functional and visually striking designs, contributing to the success of high-profile projects across London and beyond.

    Produce CAD designs for Curtain Walling and Cladding systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.

    • Generate detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using industry-leading software tools.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and performance analyses to optimise design solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cladding systems within overall building designs.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the cladding industry to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
    Transport costs will be covered when travelling to sites.
    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Cladding Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
    • Deep understanding of cladding materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
