Are you looking for working with children? Here is an opportunity for you to work as a Team Manager.

The pay rate would be up to £40 per hour and 30 hours a week.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Supervising and leading a team of social care staff, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Work as part of the multidisciplinary team, challenging health colleagues where necessary and ensuring the team work effectively and efficiently to progress discharges in a timely way, maintaining focus on the person at all times.
  • Liaise with hospital and community colleagues, utilising community agent and voluntary services as appropriate.
  • Use discharge to assess service for those needing some additional support on discharge home and will use the hierarchy of bed options for those unable to go straight home, providing reablement prior to returning home.

Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.

  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience working as Team Manager
  • Able to drive and holds UK Driving License
