Join our Billing TeamThe Senior Billing Specialist role will be responsible for:
Ensuring central spreadsheets & databases are maintained correctly for ongoing effectiveness and accuracy
Checking billed data against customer orders & manually bill non-automated billed services
Dealing with customer billing enquiries and closing accounts
Liaising with other depts to ensure and improve accuracy of billing
Checking supplier invoices tally with data received & raising supplier claims
Crown Commercial Reporting
Complex Billing queries
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Hybrid opportunity (3 days a week in Reigate office)

We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist with:
At least 2 years' experience in a Telecoms Billing role
Proven track record of being able to provide deep dive analysis with the ability to produce and provide client bespoke reports specifically when dealing with invoice queries
Minimum of 2 years' experience using the aBILLity billing system or AKJ
IT Microsoft office proficiency
Exposure to databases
At least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
Free daily breakfasts in the office
