Customer Operations Administrator - Glasgow, United Kingdom - ACCA
Description
ACCA is committed to a workplace culture which is inclusive, diverse, human and connected.We're currently looking for Customer Operations Administrators for our Student Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. These positions sit within the Customer Operations department, based in our Glasgow office.
The working pattern is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to work one Saturday in four on a rotational basis.
Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
Providing administrative support to ACCA's customers through key processes, such as handing applications for registration and exemptions whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
Working according to an assigned schedule. Interacting courteously to maintain a positive customer experience.
Maintaining customer records by following established procedures.
Contributing to continuous improvement activities within the team
The person
We're looking for someone who:
Is educated to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant subject or has significant experience in a similar role
Has excellent customer service skills and a desire to help and support customers with tailored solutions
Has excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
Has a high level of interpersonal skills an ability to communicate (written and verbally) professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Has strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
Experience with using Microsoft packages including Word, Teams and Excel
