    Are you an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in supervising & mentoring an account management team as well as an expert in the area of client retention and customer satisfaction?
    Do you have a proven track record in account management ideally working in a fleet management or similar industry sector?

    Our client is a leading services provider within the fleet management industry looking for an Account Manager to play an important role in the forward progress of the organisation.

    The Account Manager will be accountable for the overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts.

    They will be required to maximise levels of client satisfaction and contract revenues through proactive operational and strategic relationship management as well as manage, support and monitor a team of account management staff in ensuring client service levels are consistently at the highest possible.

    Manage and control of day to day service delivery of contracts
    Supporting the account management team in client based support
    Performance maintenance and reporting
    Optimisation of service levels
    Maximise contract revenues
    Contract retention and extension
    Performance reporting
    New contract implementation & reporting
    People performance
    Provision of management reports and contract performance data
    Improvement of customer service delivery
