    e-Learning Developer


    Salary:
    £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience

    Hybrid working: 1 -2 day on site per week, other weeks may be less (flexibility required)

    Monday- Friday, 8:45am - 17:15

    *Please note sponsorship is not available for this position, you will only considered if you have current, valid Right to Work in the UK*Our client is seeking an e-Learning Developer is join their company Academy. As an e-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing various platforms and media to bolster learning initiatives within the organisation, introducing new solutions or enhancements to elevate learning experiences, as well as creating and refining video and multimedia content tailored for educational contexts.

    Develop scripts, storyboards, and user-friendly e-learning content using Articulate
    Collaborate with subject matter experts/clients in internal and external meetings to meet project objectives and innovate online learning resources
    Produce media content, including webinars, to enrich learning experiences
    Contribute to website design and SEO optimisation efforts
    Assist the team with e-learning process training and coaching, including the creation of instructional guides
    Manage resources and ensure quality control through version control, archiving, and content library upkeepAdditional Skills, Competencies, and Attributes:

    Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality work
    Prior experience in developing e-learning solutions
    Strong problem-solving, organisational, planning, and time management abilities
