- Troubleshoot, Service & Maintain iPEK sewer camera equipment
- Communicate with customers on camera repair needs
- Maintain inventory of spare parts on the vehicle
- Document repairs completed
- Establishing and further developing the company's reputation as provider of high-quality products and 'added value service support
- Developing high technical competence of the company's products
- Working in a high-performing and highly engaged team
- Developing good personal relationships with users of thecompany's products
- Identification of opportunities for potential sales
- Technical training/ apprenticeship e.g. Electrician
- Initial years of experience as a Service Technician
- Experience in completion of relevant technical documentation and paperwork as dictated by industry
- Good PC skills, particularly with the common MS Office applications
- Experience repairing electronic equipment
- Driving licence, Readiness to travel across the UK
- Responsible, interesting and challenging tasks in a future-oriented and constantly growing global company
