- Managing client communications
- Working closely with the implementation team to ensure quality of output
- Managing training and career progression of the team
- Technical projects: including full technical audits, identifying issues and opportunities and working closely with developers.
- Site migration projects
- Delivery of roadmaps, project plans and forecasts
- Spotting opportunities to grow client accounts for a mutually beneficial upsell
- Assigning appropriate tools for your clients
- Work effectively with planning & channel teams to ensure an integrated approach
- Manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
- Working directly with, and managing the relationship with third party agencies
- Prior experience in an SEO role
- Good presentation skills and inter-personal relationship skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicate concepts simply and effectively
- Experience with broader "owned media" concepts such as CRO and GTM
- Excellent prioritisation and project management skills
- Up to date knowledge of the search marketing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions - particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Web Analytics understanding, particularly Google Analytics
- Great team management skills and experience

Working closely with the Head of SEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategy and ensuring the quality of delivery across some of our high profile accounts.
As an SEO Director you will be responsible for developing the strategy, and ensuring delivery of high quality work across some of our largest accounts. The role of SEO Director will cover the following responsibilities;
