    GRAPHIC DESIGN AND MARKETING ASSISTANT We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant to join us at CPW, based at our Solihull Office.

    This is a permanent full-time position working 36.25 hours per week under our agile framework.

    About CPWWe are passionate and experienced mechanical, electrical and low-carbon engineers who enjoy bringing buildings to life in ways that are better for the world.

    We're a friendly team intent on bringing sustainability to the building services industry through design. We relish working collaboratively with our clients to solve their biggest problems.

    Our clients span a wide range of sectors, including:
    healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, zero carbon and public sector.

    Through the application of research-led design, innovation, and sustainable methodologies we can create tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients, whilst also being positive for the environment and delivering on net-zero carbon.

    Key responsibilities:

    Required:

    Create visual designs and marketing collateral ensuring alignment with our brand standards and campaign objectives for print and digitalCreation of promotional materials e.g.

    brochures, presentations, flyers, models – liaising with agencies where neededVideo productionPhotography (staff, projects and events)Email marketingAbility to take in complex information and repurpose in a user-friendly written format e.g.

    white papers, articles, press releases, social media content, presentationsDesired:
    Awareness of SEOPress/media experience would be advantageousUnderstanding of marketing concepts and toolsSkills and experience:1-3 years' experience in a graphic design, marketing, communications, or creative roleGraphic design skillsProficient with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierPro)

    Photography and videography experienceExperience with CMS e.g. SquarespaceCreative minded person with an eye for detailExperience of working in a fast past environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely mannerStrong project and people management skillsExperience in liaising with external agencies, as well as in- house teamsAn understanding of digital channels to ensure content is delivered with best practice in mindExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in developing and implementing effective marketing creative improvementsProven track record of continuous improvementA collaborative team player, with strong influencing skillsHighly organised with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects at one timeAble to work under own initiativeStrong sense of urgency and a desire to see tasks completed on time and in fullExcellent in building trust and relationships internally and externallyStrong IT Skills – including Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite What we offer:
