    Description
    Bridging Finance – Business Development Manager (BDM)


    Location:
    Marylebone, London


    Salary:
    £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + Commission + Benefits


    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and cultivate opportunities for unregulated bridging loans through broker channels.
    • Surpass sales targets while ensuring exceptional service for all broker accounts.
    • Conduct in-person meetings with brokers and clients.
    • Represent the company at external events including trade shows and industry gatherings.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with each Intermediary, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement account management plans for Intermediaries within your designated area.
    • Maintain professionalism and ensure timely communication with brokers.
    • Create and manage Key Performance Indicator reports using Excel.
    • Update broker contacts in the CRM database.
    • Coordinate networking events or seminars.
    • Provide occasional support to Case Managers by liaising with solicitors and valuers to streamline the lending process.
    • Source market research on property finance, analyze trends, and interpret industry news to assess loan risks.
    • Monitor industry websites for relevant news updates.
    • Undertake ad hoc duties as required.

    Experience:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK property finance industry.
    • Established relationships within the property broker market, with the ability to expand and manage your own panel.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
