    Recruitment Consultant - Business Support – Perm Desk

    Basic c. £35-45k

    OTE £70k

    Benefits include 3 days hybrid working, social events, annual company trip, 25 days holiday, No threshold commission.

    SUPERB OPPORTUNITY FOR A PERM RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT IN BUSINESS SUPPORT TO JOIN A WARM DESK AND A LOVELY TEAM

    The Person

    • Perm 360 recruitment experience required preferably in Business Support but open to cross training from similar markets.
    • Confident and able to build a portfolio of client relationships including in person.
    • Ability to source and network to create a portfolio of candidates for the business.
    • Passionate about recruitment with a focused mindset and drive to be successful.
    • Able to work collaboratively and enjoy being part of a team.

    The Company

    • Market leading Consultancy, established over 20 years, has 2 offices in London, in addition to 5 locations worldwide.
    • Working with high calibre candidates across Business Support roles at all levels
    • Clients range from small boutiques to large corporates across Commerce & Industry, Professional Services and the Financial sectors.
    • Typically, their consultants are billing £200k to £250k per year plus.
    • Superb team of passionate and like-minded individuals who really support each other.
    • The team are well supported and given all the tools to be successful, along with a transparent career plan by which to develop.

    The Role

    • A hugely exciting new opportunity for an experienced perm recruitment consultant to join the West end team.
    • You will be working on a warm desk with an active client base to utilize and live roles coming through.
    • Your role will include implementing business development strategies to expand your client base and grow out your markets.
    • You will have the autonomy to plan and run your desk how you like with minimal kpi's
    • You will be part of a successful team, offering training, guidance and support.
