About therole

Thisis a genuinely interesting and varied Business Analyst role notjust one filling out tables and forms.On one day you may be mappingbusiness processes and modelling the domain for an industry that isundergoing a huge period of digital transformation. On another dayyou might be capturing very specific user demands and challengesfor a wide variety of personas our internal staff our clients stafftheir customers and their families.

On anotherday you may shift from a business context to a purely software oneand must create clear user stories drawing on your disparateresearch and applying it to a single software platform thataddresses one part of the domain.

You will bepart of a strong and knowledgeable team interacting with a complexand demanding business stakeholder community where effectivecollaboration and strong communication skills combined withbusiness understanding are all key to success. You will be workingin a multi country environment uncover and understand complex needsand empathize with business stakeholder needs while buildingunderstanding and buyin for challenging priority calls.

Youll collaborate with engineering product andstakeholders across our various UK companieswhich currentlyincludeRendall & Rittner TPGPremier Estates and Vegner Group gaining acomprehensive understanding of complex needs and processes. Yourproven expertise in requirements analysis will guide thedevelopment of our nextgen property management platforms.

Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in understandingcomplex business needs through comprehensive requirements analysisengaging stakeholders across various business units.
Advise product and leadership teams bydistilling key insights into comprehensive specifications thatguide development efforts and enable strategic decisionmaking.
Continuously evaluate processes and businessneeds driving innovation and transformation as business andtechnology evolve rapidly.
Continuously assessand sensecheck product requests providing deep analysis of thebusiness problems that need to be solved and then describing themin clear and unambiguous ways.
Generateartefacts in a variety of ways from technical ticketing systems tostructured documents and nontechnicalpresentations.
Gain a deep understanding of theservice delivery models used in the Odevo companies and how theservice delivery relates to the product platforms.
Collect analyse and synthesize staff andcustomer feedback and market research to define and refine productrequirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of hownew product features impact the business processes of each Odevocompany and propose common solutions.
Supportvalidation of features during development through user testing andfeedback loops in collaboration with Odevos Design function.
Establish KPIs and metrics for productlaunches regularly analyze product performance and make datadrivenrecommendations for optimizations and improvements.
Continuously contribute insights on markettrends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to driveinnovation.

Who you are

You approach your work with curiosity and afocus on users. You listen actively ask questions and provideanalytical recommendations with clear logic and evidence. You canstrategically advise on innovative opportunities mentor teamsthrough change and build trust through transparent work.

Experience

35years of experience as a business analyst.
Expert in evaluating complex needs guidingproduct development and advising on innovative solutions.
Have worked with nontechnical businesses or inenvironments undergoing digitaltransformation.
Skilled in active engagementwith crossfunctional teams workflow mapping and identifying growthopportunities through technology.
Passionateabout applying analytical skills to enhance customer servicethrough technology aiming to maximize efficiency and guide digitaltransformation.
Understanding of the PropTechand/or FinTech industry is a big plus (but not mandatory).
Previous experience of working with productdevelopment in a service industry is a clearplus.

Location

Whilewe have offices in central London it is a fully remote position ifthat suits you best.The ability to travel to London for meetingsand workshops a few times a month would be a plus.
