Extensive procurement / supply chain experience, that includes contract and supplier management is essential, as is being CIPS accredited (min level 5).
Substantial experience running tenders, reducing costs and building effective & productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Demonstrative experience of conducting comparison analysis and producing recommendations.
The culture of our Supply Chain team is one of collaboration and we support our business leaders to make the best buying decisions, rather than imposing what we think, as such great communication skills that include active listening, curiosity and diplomacy are essential.
Commercial awareness, computer literacy and attention to detail are a pre-requisite.
