- Coaching, managing and developing senior stakeholders will be essential, for you to drive change and enable individuals and the business to be more proactive
- Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- A handson approach to someone who likes being on the shop floor
- NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ equivalent
- Experience of ISO 14001, 45001 is advantageous
- Proven leadership skills the ability to engage at all levels is vital
- Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial
- Experience of managing and leading HSE teams

We have partnered with a leading specialist manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a Group H&S Manager to be the lead across their key sites in Scotland.
As the Group H&S Manager, you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture and with the support of a small HSE team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growing organisation, who have a strong name in their field and are looking to appoint an engaging and proactive individual, to take HSE to the next level.
