    Description

    Job Title:
    SEN Primary Teacher

    Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Cambridge.

    The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine commitment to supporting the unique needs of children with special educational needs (SEN).

    Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of students with SEN.
    Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning styles.
    Monitor student progress, achievements, and behaviour, in accordance with school policies and procedures.

    Communicate effectively with parents/carers, colleagues, and external agencies to foster positive relationships and ensure coordinated support for students with SEN.

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience working with children with SEN.
    Strong understanding of SEN practices, principles, and legislation.

    Ability to adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and disabilities.

    Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality in education.
    Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every child.

    07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
