About The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a training role with the Patient Services team.

The successful individual will develop and deliver a range of training support for Numark members, covering topics such as staff development, services delivery and product knowledge.

Also being training lead for Health Promotional activity across both Rowlands and Numark


Developing both internal and external relationships to identify new training opportunities, and continue to grow the portfolio of training solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and deliver a comprehensive programme of training resources for Numark members; supporting development of patient services training materials and health promotions resources for Rowlands.

Work closely with key contacts within marketing to ensure the brand and quality are maintained at all times.

Facilitate and present at workshops as part of training programmes - both face to face and digitally.

Act as lead for the Health promotional activity, developing a programme of activity to align with NHS contractual requirements.

Provide a point of contact for support of enquiries relating to professional training and development from Numark members and their teams

Constantly evaluate the provision of training support provided to ensure quality throughout, relevance to the audience and maintain a cycle of continuous improvement


_ Note:
This role will involve nationwide travel, some evening working and overnight stays._


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • High level of literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Good understanding of the retail environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Creative problem solving
  • Full driving licence

  • Good understanding of Community Pharmacy

  • Confident presenting at any level
  • Proven track record designing and writing a variety of training materials
  • High level of numeracy
  • Good understanding of general training and development principles
