Activity Leader - Summer Camp - Watford, Hertfordshire
Work Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
Compensation: £412.00 – £559.17 weekly salary depending on age, experience, and qualifications. (Contracts for February Half Term 2023 will be based on 2023 wage levels. 2024 wage levels effective from 1st April.)
Reporting to: Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office Barracudas is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people, expecting all staff to share this commitment.
Activity Leader contracts require a minimum of 4 days per week. You will have a designated day off each week, confirmed by your Recruiter/Camp Manager. While the contract is based on 4 days, there may still be a need to work 5 days depending on bookings and staffing. This will be communicated in advance by your recruiter/Camp Manager.
You'll receive notifications towards the end of each week. The designated day off may vary weekly. If you require a specific day off, it must be confirmed before camp starts as we cannot guarantee it will align with your scheduled day off.
*Contracts for Easter and May half terms will be 3-day weeks due to bank holidays. You will be allocated a day off as explained above.
