    About the Role

    Join our team as a Strategy Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of Scotland's electricity transmission system.


    Base Location:

    We offer a Flexible First approach at our Scotland offices in Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness.


    Salary:
    £33,500 – £50,300 + performance-related bonus & benefits to support your family and wellbeing.

    Working Pattern:
    Permanent Full Time or Part Time, with flexibility options.

    Overview

    SSEN Transmission is a vital player in Scotland's energy transition to net-zero emissions. As a Strategy Analyst, you will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of strategic thinking throughout the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Strategy: Support strategic projects for external stakeholders.

    • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Process and Delivery: Translate strategy into actionable plans.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders.
    • Growth Opportunities: Identify trends and growth prospects.

    Requirements
    • Passion for net-zero targets and energy industry understanding.
    • Experience in business strategy development.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills.
    • Curiosity and motivation to excel independently.
    • Ability to work with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
