- Developand implement standardized procedures for order quality assuranceensuring consistency and excellence in order processing anddelivery.
- Conduct primarily remote qualitychecks managing QC tickets to verify images and fulfill QA requestsmaintaining the highest quality standards throughout the orderlifecycle.
- Support strategic placement of QAtasks within the order chain collaborating closely withsubcontracting partners to ensure smooth order delivery andpreemptively address issues.
- Work with SalesOperations and other teams to address operational challenges drivecontinuous improvement and optimize automation in quality assuranceprocesses.
- Analyze quality assurance data toimprove process efficiency and drive enhancements leveraginginsights to benefit various businessareas.
- Provide valuable feedback to Sales andOperations teams fostering continuous improvement efforts andaligning processes with customer expectations and businessobjectives.
