We're recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer at Equation
Join a well-established and respected charity working to reduce the impact of domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender inequality.
We have an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking, proactive and inspirational leader to manage Equation.
You'll be joining us at an exciting time of growth, as we expand to meet the national and local need for preventative work around domestic abuse and sexual violence.
Working with specialist teams of highly skilled and passionate staff, you'll bring strategic oversight to our services and foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
As CEO you will lead on the development, implementation and review of the organisation's longer-term strategy and business plan in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, wider staff team and other stakeholders.

Working hours: 37 hours per week
Salary:
£47,000
Contract type:
Permanent
Flexible working arrangements:
Home and office-based working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office

Please note that an essential element of the role is that you are visible and accessible to staff within the organisation and as such, you will be required to attend the offices for a minimum of three days a week.
