Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Inpatient Services, providing assessment and intervention to a varied caseload ensuring high quality patient-centred care, leading and supervising the learning and development junior physiotherapists and assistants. The role will also require developing and implementing Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience, including review of key quality outcomes PROMS. The In-patient activity at the Yorkshire Clinic ranges from Orthopaedic procedures to Urology, Gynaecology, Bariatric, General Surgery, and Cosmetics/Plastics. At The Yorkshire Clinic we pride ourselves in quality outcomes and enhancing the patients experience through use of technology (robotic Knee Surgery) to undertaking Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Surgery as a day case.
