Are you an experienced project manager seeking a new challenge? As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and centrally managing national industrial and commercial painting and decorating projects, which will be delivered locally by our network of branches. We're seeking a candidate with proven experience in managing large-scale projects within the painting and decorating or construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

Project planning
Resource allocation
Budget management
Client liaison
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

The Special Projects team is based at our new head office complex in Cleckheaton, with excellent motorway links. This role will require national travel as you build relationships with customers across the country. A company car will be provided.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience managing painting and decorating or construction projects (nationally or regionally).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client liaison and team collaboration.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
