    Contract:
    Permanent, Full-Time


    Salary:
    Competitive basic dependent on experience + generous biannual Bonuses

    Protect Group is a global business founded by a serial entrepreneur and a highly experienced and successful executive team – with its Head Office located in Uruguay and 14 other offices located around the world.

    Following rapid year-on-year growth over the past 3 years, Protect Group are now expanding the EMEA division by bringing on board a Relationship Director for the region.

    'You will love the people you work with, care about what you do and will be given the opportunity to continue the growth of a product that is disrupting global industries and major brands across travel, hospitality, events and more.

    Protect Group operate a global Membership Programme for the travel, hospitality and events industries that provide a range of refund services that enhance customer experience and boost revenue.

    For example, we help online booking agents provide a full refundable booking option to their customers.
    Maximising revenue and commercial performance from our Existing Members is crucial for the growth of our business.

    As a Senior person within the EMEA Region, you will have the opportunity to provide a unique voice to grow the value that we can achieve from our products across the global big-name brands we work with.

    The overall management & expansion of our Members in EMEA from a revenue perspective.
    Negotiate contract renewals to retain our key Members.
    Fluency in professional standard English, via written and verbal communication. A second language at a fluent level is highly desirable.
    Have a high understanding of the travel, ticketing, transport, accommodation, or leisure industry.
    Experience in liaising, influencing, and driving senior-level action plans with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Proven commercial analysis and reporting record, with a well-developed understanding of the value of data.
    EMEA exposure essential
    Strong relationship-building skills
    Flexibility and willingness to travel
    Experience in the Travel, Ticketing, Transport, Accommodation, Hospitality, or Events industry.
