    Description

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly motivated professional to play a key part in one of our creative subjects.

    The successful candidate would join our Art and Design Technology department and work with the team to continue to drive up standards.

    At The Ferrers School, we are committed to developing an academic culture where the highest standards are expected of staff and students.

    We have secured improvingoutcomes over the last 3 years which were validated in our recent Ofsted report (July 2021) where The Ferrers School was found to be 'Good' in all areas.

    'The Quality of Education', 'Behaviour and Attitudes', 'Personal Development', 'Leadership and Management', and 'Sixth Form Provision'.
    The Ferrers School is part of the successful Meridian Trust, a group of primary, secondary and special schools.
