Join our team at BASE and contribute to our mission while embarking on a comprehensive Data Technician Level 3 apprenticeship. This role offers a blend of practical experience in a dynamic charity environment with a structured learning program that will equip you with the skills needed in data analytics, social media management, event coordination, and brand standardisation.

Responsibilities:

Social Media and Data Analysis: Engage with our audience by creating relevant material and analysing activity on social media platforms. Apply fundamentals of data analytics to understand the impact of data in our projects and ensure data security and compliance.

Event Planning and Presentation Support: Utilize skills in transforming data into Information, to effectively communicate insights during our event training sessions through engaging PowerPoint presentations, ensuring alignment with our brand standards.

Brand Standardisation and Design Consistency: Ensure all materials reflect our brand's identity, working with data and communicating insights to maintain a consistent and professional appearance across all platforms.

Data Management and Analysis: Understanding Data and Analysing Data, to manage our databases, clean and normalize data, and leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including creating charts and reports that will inform our decision-making processes.

Power BI and Business Insights: Develop live data dashboards and model data in Power BI, integrating these insights into our decision-making processes to enhance our projects' effectiveness.

Administrative and Back-office Support: Provide comprehensive support by applying organizational skills and knowledge of data management principles from the apprenticeship, ensuring efficient operations and data integrity across the board.
Apprenticeship Program Overview:

Your apprenticeship will cover critical areas in data analytics through a structured program, including:

Fundamentals of Data Analytics and Understanding Data: Gain a solid foundation in the value of data, data security, databases, and data architecture.

Working with Data and Analysing Data: Learn about data integration, manipulation, Excel functions, and analysing data for actionable insights.

Transforming Data into Information and Enhancing Your Data Skills: Master the art of communicating insights and advance your skills in predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, and data ethics.

Business Insights: Focus on creating business insights using Power BI, enhancing our strategies with live data dashboards and clear reporting.
This role will prepare you for your End-Point Assessment (EPA) through practical experience aligned with your study units, offering a hands-on approach to learning, and contributing to meaningful projects.
