- As a Product Designer, your main responsibility is to design user experiences that delight users and help them overcome their biggest compliance challenges.
- You will create effective prototypes and workflows during the discovery phase. Throughout development, you will refine implementation details and visual regressions with the development team.
- You will coordinate visual communication strategies for releases. You will assist in defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure the success and impact of product releases and continuously optimize usage and engagement in our user base.
- Together with other product roles, you will be the point of contact to learn more about our users' issues and needs. You will conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, using data-driven insights as the foundation for product decisions.
- You understand how and why what you design fits into the big picture. You can effortlessly balance aesthetics and functionality, creating a consistent experience across our products. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously under technical and time constraints.
- In all situations, you ensure that our brand guidelines and design systems are followed in our products and continuously improve our design language.
- A good sense of humor and the humility of a beginner.
- The ability to discuss, disagree, and engage.
- Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle from development to market launch.
- Willingness to develop a deep understanding of areas such as data privacy, InfoSec, and compliance.

- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of German at C1 level is a significant advantage. Language skills facilitate effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders and customers.

- Familiarity with privacy regulations, best practices in information security, or compliance frameworks is beneficial.
