**Duties will include:- *
- Contractor database management
- Dealing on/off hire equipment
- Processing of purchase orders
- Obtaining pricing fro suppliers
- Producing quotations for clients
- PQQ/DRC contractor management
- Trade accounts management
- Booking accommodation for engineers/trades & labour
- Assisting Project Manager in compiling O&M Manuals
- H&S Site Documentation
- Assisting Project Manager with pre site set up
- *
- Essential you have worked in a similar role previously for a construction / M&E company
- Ability to take responsibility and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Good time management & organisational skills
- Ability to work to set timescales & deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication skills & ability to build relationships at all levels
