You will enjoy working as part of a small team who liaise closely and support each other and will have experience of using a content managment system, being commercially astute with a good awareness of pricing and setting margins.


About the Role:


As a Product Executive, your role will be to maintain content across all domains, ensuring that all customer-facing pages and back-end reservations systems are accurate with a high level of content and great imagery.

Availability and pricing are up to date and correct as per the contracts provided by the supplier.

You will play a key role in maintaining great, established relationships with suppliers we currently work with to grow sales, as well as looking for new opportunities to broaden the product offering and to providing support to our Sales, Operations, Marketing and API Teams as needed


Here's an idea of your day-to-day activities:

  • Assist with loading and maintaining website content to ensure product descriptions and imagery are always correct. This includes updating and writing new copy where necessary.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers to ensure website content is accurate.
  • Assist with price/margin setting on all brands and assist with loading prices onto our Phoenix reservation systems.
  • Help analyse margin reports to ensure revenue and particularly profit is maximised.
  • Ensure availability calendars for every product are kept up to date for the duration of a contract and that prices and seasons correctly reflect the negotiated contract. Also ensure new contracts/availability is loaded as soon as they are received.
  • Ensure all customer documentation generated by our reservation systems is accurate and signed off by our suppliers.
  • Act as a point of contact to support AT Sales, Reservations, Operations, Marketing & API teams' system queries.
  • General system maintenance
  • For this role, we offer hybrid working but require a minimum of 2 days in our office in the centre of vibrant Brixton.
