    Growth Business Development Representative - London

    Since our founding in 2019, Pigment has become one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world today. Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.

    In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 380 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

    We serve companies including Unilever, Deliveroo, Gong and Brex to name a few

    We're looking for an English speaking BDR to join a new pod we're building to support our growth in EMEA. It's an unique opportunity to be one of the first hires of this new team, working closely with our Growth Team on new motions, processes, and innovative campaigns (signal based prospecting, automated outreach, ABM...).

    What you'll do

    • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments and grow our revenue
    • Identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from Growth team campaigns
    • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapportFollow a personalised sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness
    • Achieve established activity targets for number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas

    Who you are

    • You have experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
    • You're a native English speaker or bilingual
    • You are well organised and manage your time wisely
    • You lean into new processes, new ideas & always keep the bigger picture in mind
    • You have previous experience in using marketing automation software (not obligatory, but preferred)
    • Bonus point if you have experience working in Finance
    • You have previous experience in a SaaS company (not obligatory, but a big plus)
    • You are highly-motivated to learn, develop your sales skills and join a fast-growing company
