Due to huge success, company is rapidly growing and looking for new Consultants to lead on the client engagements.WHAT WILL YOU DO?You will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in enhancing their cyber risk management capabilities through strategic transformation initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of cyber risk, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and transformation methodologies specifically in the Naval and Maritime Arena.-Collaborate with clients to assess their current cyber risk posture, identify gaps, and develop tailored transformation strategies to mitigate risks effectively.-Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive cyber risk transformation programs, including governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls.-Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on cyber risk management strategies, emerging threats, and regulatory compliance requirements.-Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on cyber risk management principles and best practices.
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL?-Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.-Strong Naval, maritime or military experience-Proven track record of leading successful cyber risk transformation initiatives within complex organisations-In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) & regulatory requirements.-Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cyber risks, develop actionable insights, and articulate recommendations to stakeholders.
