A global manufacturing organisation are growing their finance team and are in the search for a Credit Controller.


Reporting to an angaging Financial Controller, you will be responsible for your own ledger and be a pro active member of the team ensuring that aged debt is kept under control, customers are kept up to date with details of their account as well as ensuring a high level of customer care is conducted at all times.


Your duties as Credit Controller will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries, sending out copy invoices, proof of delivery or credit notes where applicable
  • Support in dealing with queries and credits for customers.
  • Other adhoc credit control/office duties

The ideal Credit Controller will be:
You must possess a high standard of the following skills:

  • Communication
  • Customer Service
  • Confidence
  • Time management / organisation
  • IT including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
  • Telephone Manner
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
