    Job Title: Junior eLearning Designer

    Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 and valuable Benefits

    Location: Work from home and from our office in St Albans, Hertfordshire

    Vacancy Type: Permanent/Full Time

    Join our dynamic team as a Junior eLearning Designer

    Due to the growth of our training business, we are now seeking an outstanding Junior eLearning Designer to add value toour training training products in the children's services and education sectors in the UK'.

    About us:

    We are a leading training provider to the children's social care and education sectorsand 'online'. From our offices just outside St Albans we provide on-line courses, accredited Diplomas and face to face training to a wide range of local authorities and educational settings and private companies.

    Responsibilities:

    · Collaborate with senior instructional designers and developers to create innovative and interactive training courses on Articulate 360.

    ·Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos and assessments.

    ·Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate content.

    · Implement edits and improvements to existing courses with accuracy, to ensure high-quality and up to date learning materials.

    ·Ensure eLearning courses are visually appealing, user-friendly and adhere to branding guidelines.

    ·Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are error-free and function properly.

    ·Stay up to date with instructional design trends and emerging technologies.

    Requirements:

    ·At least one year of proven experience working with Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise to develop learning content.

    ·Experience of both designing and developing digital learning from written content.

    · Understanding of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices.

    ·Familiarity with multimedia development tools e.g Camtasia and Vyond.

    ·Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards.

    ·An excellent eye for detail and accurate grammatical and written language skills.

    ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.

    · Flexible, self-motivated and able to deliver on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

    ·Digital learning design qualification is desirable.
