Description


The business is looking for a highly motivated Pay & Benefits Assistant to join our busy Pay & Benefits Team.

The post holder will provide effective and efficient administrative services and high levels of customer service to the business of partners forpay, benefits, pensions and expense reimbursement ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, best practice and corporate governance arrangements that meet the needs of the businesses and provide value for money.


The role involves co-ordinating and administering a range of corporate and flexible benefits and reward and recognition scheme across the group.


Profile


You will be qualified to SVQ level or equivalent in administration and in either Payroll and/or Pensions Processing & Administration as well as appropriate CPD in relation to legislative changes as they relate to the processing of payroll, expenses pensionand benefits.


As an experienced Pay & Benefits Assistant, you will have proven experience gained in a payroll and/or pension support role.

Knowledge of payroll and/or pensions legislation and high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead areessential for this role.


Excellent organisational and time management skills to work to tight deadlines with flexibility to provide a proactive and responsive service are required for this post.
