    At Marine Resources, we're thrilled to be entrusted with the task of recruiting for the prestigious position of Duty Manager for one of our premier clients. This role requires an exceptional individual who not only upholds the highest standards of customer service but also serves as a beacon of leadership within the team.

    In addition to impeccable customer service skills, we're looking for someone with a proven track record of making well-balanced decisions, even in high-pressure situations. The ability to think on their feet and find creative solutions to any challenges that arise is paramount. Key responsibilities
    • Assist the Marina Manager to manage the site in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the company's mission statement.
    • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and facilities are not only maintained but also developed as required by the company.
    • Perform the role of 'Duty Manager' on an agreed rotation basis.
    • Promote and maximise the utilisation within the marina, ensuring and developing profitability from all income streams.
    • Develop staff progression and communicate business changes.
