    RWS Studios, located in New York City and London, comprises over 100,000 combined square feet of creative and meeting spaces, a costume shop, rehearsal studios, performer housing, fully equipped casting studios, acoustically treated music rooms and more.

    JRA, an award-winning creative studio specializing in master planning, design and project management and ARC, providing casting for theatre, film, TV and commercials.

    Disney's The Lion King on Broadway, Chicago the Musical , Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettesand many more.

    Located at our UK headquarters in Milton Keynes, the Director, AV will oversee responsibility for all the products, services and experiences including but not limited to AV.

    The Director, AV will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning and sourcing of all technical products and partners to raise the experience to all clients.

    In addition, the Director, AV will collaborate and work closely with Business Development on a global process approach working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure of profitability, compliancy, fulfilment, and speed in fulfilling of all the AV requests.

    Leadership –inspirationally lead the AV team and foster a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement, and drive team engagement.

    Ensure the performance of the team is managed effectively and follow HR processes as required. Client Acquisition –work with the Business Development team to acquire new clients through effective, creative proposals and inspiring pitches.

    Lead the AV team to ensure our new business proposals include innovative and cost-effective products and services, and we lead the way vs our competitors.

    P&L Management –fully accountable for all aspects of the department P&L.

    Set budgets with the EVP, VP and Director of Finance, and manage closely to ensure all aspects of the department stay on budget, taking pre-emptive corrective action to fill any gaps as required.

    Department Operations– this role will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of services, from concept creation and survey stage, through quotations and procurement to delivery and installation, working with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure our high service levels are met, and optimizing our supply chain accordingly.

    Innovation– lead and manage the team to ensure we are always at the forefront of technical innovation. Research market trends and attend trade shows as required.
    Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
    Good understanding of Microsoft Suite and Apple
    Excellent project management skills or a project management qualification
    A transformational leader who can drive high performance and team engagement
    Sales or business development experience is highly desirable, including a black book of key accounts
    Ability to travel internationally
    At least 10 years in an AV or technical role and environment at a global level.
    Cruise Ship and Resort experience preferred.
    Experience in managing multiple projects on multiple deadlines.
