- To ensure continuous improvement and staff development all manufacturing operatives are trained in all aspects of the various areas of the manufacturing of the product to include:
- Aluminium profile cutting, manufacturing and assembly.
- Aluminium Packing
- Glass packing
- Despatch
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.
- Forklift experience (not essential but would be ideal).
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow manufacturing schedules, measurements and technical drawings.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Ability to commute to Lingfield.
- Good understanding of health & safety.
- Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge.
- Hands -on.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
