    Salary Range: 60K-80K EurosWe are looking for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of the external NHS, healthcare environment, and commissioner-provider interface, to work with the franchise teams in the development of brand-related Market Access (MAx) strategy.

    You will manage the implementation of health economics, market access, and reimbursement strategies for prioritized products in local markets and healthcare systems.

    An assertive and flexible individual, the Market Access Manager will be responsible for commercial activities for launching our medication in selected European Countries and is expected to manage all phases of the process, from hands-on activities such as research information to dossier submission and support during pricing negotiations.

    They will also provide strategic support for market launches in non-European countries.
    We would like to meet motivated individuals, who are excellent team players but also able to work independently.
    Impeccable professional standing and the ability to build and keep internal and external relationships are essential to the role.

    Candidate Duties Promote products to local authorities, access key decision makers, in the NHS, and Healthcare professionsChase, and follow up with key decision-makers, highlighting active product availability.

    Research & identify market access opportunities in new countries, and map out pathways, market access trends/health policy changes, and continuously map reimbursement requirements.

    Anticipate access barriers, and Develop relevant PRMA strategies, ensuring meeting all client expectationsWriting and delivering client presentationsPrepare national pricing & reimbursement files and support listing negotiations.

    Identify and engage possible consultants, source quotes, and recommend consultants to management.
    Prepare market access briefs for sales team.
    Work in close coordination with the VP, of Commercial Affairs to support new business development.

    Manage relationships with KOLs, Patient and Professional Associations relevant to the roleCandidate RequirementsMedical sales backgroundMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or relevant solid experience, and 3- or 4-years' experience in consulting or pharma (Client-side), and Project management experienceProven track record of strong performanceExperience in detailed medical work with hospitals, and healthcare practices.

    This will include A to B drug purchase management, from promotion, and securing clients, to liaising with healthcare practices, and hospitals to implement the usage of products.

    APBI qualifiedDesirable experienceMaster's degree in science/ health economics/commerce/law and/or demonstrable relevant experience.
    Solid experience in industry-based market access of pharmaceuticals, including negotiations with payors.

    Able to translate scientific evidence into compelling value argumentationsHighly analytical with excellent written and verbal skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted working relations both internally and externally.

    Valid driver's licence.
