Assist in internal and external training
Promoteopportunities for reflective practice, sharing experiences and identifying learning opportunities within thewider team
Record all information pertaining to LRCC'ssupport services accurately and appropriately in line with LRCC's policies on confidentiality andGDPR
Contribute to the running of the Centre including housekeeping and supporting otherprojects
Ensure that the delivery of support recognises the additional barriers and inequalities facedby survivors of sexual violence from marginalized groups and communities and strives to promote at all timesinclusive and anti-discriminatory practice across all aspects of the service
Contribute to thedevelopment of information materials for survivors and to the promotion of LRCC services acrossLanarkshire
Adhere to all LRCC policies and procedures including Safeguarding, Boundaries, Health andSafety standards and Equalities legislation at all times and in all locations of service delivery.

This is an exciting time to join our existing team of sexual violence support workers offering trauma-informedpsychosocial education and emotional support to young people who have experienced child sexual abuse and theirfamilies.
Studies show that women and Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic people are less likely to apply for ajob unless they meet every criterion.
We welcome applications from all minority groups, including people with disabilities andpeople who are neurodivergent.Experience delivering direct one to one support to children aged 5-18 who have experienced trauma, and ideallyexperience of working with survivors of rape, historic childhood sexual abuse and sexualassault.
Ability to deliver direct support to families who have experienced trauma.A flexible andadaptable approach, coupled with the ability to manage own diary, prioritise workload to meetdeadlines.
This role is primarily based in North Ayrshire and the successful candidate will need to beable to travel independently around the county.
