    Showroom Sales Manager (Luxury Bathrooms)


    South London Location * Salary - £50/£55K + Override on Showroom Sales & Personal Comms – OTE additional £30KAbout the companyOur client creates exceptional luxury bathrooms.

    They are an established bathroom supplier with the most knowledgeable, talented and highly trained bathroom designers in the industry. This Showroom has recently received an award for it's high quality and standard.
    About the RoleBeing a Showroom manager is a rich and rewarding role – and a broad one. You'll oversee sales, HR, recruitment, training and development, finance, and admin to make your showroom a success story. * Sales:

    You'll implement and drive forward the sales strategy and marketing plan, setting the showroom's goals and individual objectives for your team and motivating performance to achieve them.

    You'll assist in the design and sell your own projects as well as being a brilliant sales coach. * Management: You'll inspire, guide, and motivate your team to drive sales growth. You're responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, evaluation and implementing training programmes. You'll lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to get the best from your team.

    * Operations: You'll set up internal systems and processes, oversee compliance with organisational procedures and ensure profitability of your showroom.
