- Lead the end-to-end project management process for cross-functional projects, from conception to delivery. This includes creating project timelines, defining deliverables, and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines across both ZURU Toys and Edge. Oversee the milestones and RACI matrix for each project. Oversee all aspects of showroom design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Lead the coordination of digital asset creation and distribution to global showrooms. Create and manage milestones and planning with design and technical teams through ZURU's state of the art digital showroom program.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure showroom designs effectively communicate key messages and product features. Lead the existing Showroom Team in the delivery of existing and new showrooms and closer integration into end-to-end process.
- Manage showroom design projects across multiple locations worldwide, ensuring consistency in brand representation and messaging and smooth collaboration of teams. Ensure logistic efficiency in all elements of showrooms.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and brand teams to gather input, get relevant approvals, gain buy-in, and address feedback throughout the design and delivery process.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency from office to office, and ensure that all deliverables meet the standards and requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks throughout the production process and when required, on-site.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of showroom designs in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance showroom experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related organizational field. Experience in showrooms/fairs/events beneficial.
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrated projects across various platforms and teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a must (Asana, Trello etc), proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a bonus.

Your Role
You will spearhead the coordination of cross-functional teams in the creation of global showrooms. You have a unique blend of creative vision, project management expertise, and leadership skills to drive the development of immersive and engaging showroom experiences that showcase our products and brands to customers and stakeholders.
As ZURU expands its global footprint, you will be responsible for coordination across 10+ showrooms and fairs globally with cross-functional and globally positioned teams across New Zealand, China, India, and the US/UK.
