Description

Our client is an industry leading, local firm of up market Estate and Letting Agents and they are looking for an experienced or trainee Lettings Viewings Negotiator to join their fantastic firm in central Exeter with a salary of around £25-30,000 per annumdepending on experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

To arrange and carry out tenant viewings on lettings properties.
To manage the move in process from start to finish.
To support to the Lettings Manager to assist in the effective and efficient operation of the Lettings Department.
To assist the Lettings Manager to manage existing business and working proactively to obtain new business and to grow the company's market share, property portfolio and profile within the Exeter & surrounding areas.
To provide the highest level of customer service to all Clients, Landlords and Tenants.

Main Duties

Undertaking viewings with potential applicants
Providing feedback to Landlords
Dealing with telephone and internet enquiries and booking appointments in the diary for viewings and market appraisals
Diary management ensuring that appointments are scheduled effectively
Efficient use of lettings software, ensuring information entered accurately
Referencing of potential tenants
Production of tenancy correspondence; agreements, notices etc.
In the absence of the Maintenance Coordinator, assisting in the administration of daily property management issues, calling out contractors, liaising with tenants and landlords as necessary.
Maintaining accurate and complete property files for lettings properties.
Any other duties as determined by the Lettings Manager.
Assisting the Lettings Valuer in listing and marketing of properties.

If no experience in lettings, training can be offered but you must come from a strong customer service background with strong administrationskills.

Hours of work are pm Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays.
