    Therole

    Being aProject Manager is at the heart of our business. Youll need to holdskills detailed below to manage the regionat your fingertips. Yourtasks will include recruiting the perfect Mystery Shoppers usingthe heaps of tools at yourdisposal to deliver highquality insightsto our clients. Once recruited youll work onetoone with them tocoach andbuild on their skills and generate a relationship thatyoull both reap wonderful rewards from

    Its afastpaced role that needs you to be innovative resilient and adecisionmaker. Youll join a team that has thebest of both worlds: atarget driven and everchanging environment with the perfect mix ofdarts throwing tabletennis commradery and Friday nightbeers.

    Youll work hand in hand with ourOperations Manager and Director of Operations each day to give youguidance andsupport where needed however the world is your oyster.And in this role you really do get the ability to show howyou canOwn It (one of our 7 Core Values). Together youll put together akiller strategy plan including social mediaemail communications andscheduling drives (or sprints in the PMworld).
