The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) is offering an opportunity for the role of Pharmacy Workforce Project Lead for 2-3 days per week (dependent on capacity) for 6 months from appointment*
The role will involve working with stakeholders across the Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) Integrated Care System (ICS) to co-ordinate and ensure delivery of the Pharmacy Workforce Strategy and associated work plan. This will include being responsible for the delivery of projects and initiatives providing subject matter expertise to the process as well as providing support to the Pharmacy Workforce Group.

Please note, due to the ongoing cost reduction programme and restructure underway at SNEE ICB (due to end in Summer 2024), prior consideration for this role may be given to existing staff who are affected by this programme and this role may be removed from the recruitment process at any time.
Main duties of the job
Work withstakeholders across the Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) Integrated CareSystem (ICS) to coordinate and ensure delivery of the projects and providesubject matter expertise in relevant programmes of work.
Support andlead processes and projects related to the workforceprogramme, throughout the term of the contract, including providing knowledgeand oversight to the ICS Pharmacy Workforce Strategy, ICS Pharmacy WorkforcePlanning Group and associated work plan. Working to timelines and deadlines asagreed.
Support the set up and running of the ICS Pharmacy Workforce Programme Groupincluding its administration and leading on key projects.
Support and lead on the coordination of the Pharmacy Workforce Programmeacross the ICS and partners which will include the development of the narrativeand provide the PMO support across the Pharmacy Workforce Strategy.
Support ICS partners in providing the PMO support across the PharmacyWorkforce Action Plan and update as appropriate including the development ofproject documentation and support of projects within the Pharmacy WorkforcePlan.
