- Support direct and indirect sales enablement activities.
- Design and deliver sales training, insights, and analytics.
- Analyzes data and communicates actionable and strategic implications in key areas related to sales.
- Assists with measuring the effectiveness of sales programs and strategies.
- Uses statistical software to analyze and interpret data.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years' experience in sales insights/analytics, and digital tools/experiences
- Experienced power user of excel and related applications.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- A track record of effectively managing initiatives and project teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; databases and statistical packages
- LMS experience preferred.
