    About The Opportunity

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our International Sales Enablement Team in London to support the EMEA Sales Teams. In this role, you will work closely with the International Sales Enablement Manager to oversee various sales training and enablement activities. Your responsibilities will include coaching, consulting, coordinating, creating content, facilitating training, and measuring the effectiveness of our sales programs.

    • Collaborate with EMEA sellers and leaders on strategic initiatives to drive revenue in the region.
    • Deliver local onboarding and sales training programs tailored to regional needs.
    • Administer all local enablement programs effectively.
    • Develop content for team projects on a local and global scale.
    • Create diverse types of content and update our Learning Management System.
    • Work with key partners across various teams to enhance training programs.
    • Act as a sales coach for leaders in the organization.
    • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training solutions on business readiness.

    About You

    If you meet the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D, training/enablement, or sales roles supporting a B2B sales organization.
    • Experience in a multi-team sales environment and managing stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to present information clearly and engagingly.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry, particularly office space.
    • Understanding of adult learning and behavioral change theory.
    • Experience as a coach or consultant in a business setting.
    • Creation of interactive multimedia content.
    • Interest in emerging sales engagement tools and AI.
