- Working on contentious and non-contentious real estate matters
- Variety of property acquisitions (freehold, corporate, and new leases)
- Site disposals and leasebacks
- Managing leases and renewals per the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Property disputes
- Review of JCT contracts and collateral warranties
- Dealing with property acquired as part of a business purchase from administrators ( experience of administrations advantageous )
- Assist in managing external counsel
- Must have Commercial Property experience, including Landlord and Tenant
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Heriot Brown is acting on behalf of one of our key clients in the retail space. They are a high-growth FTSE 100 listed company, with an international presence. The group owns numerous brands and intellectual property, offering consumers access to premium and luxury brands, and aims to create the most revered and captivating brand ecosystem on the planet.
About the role
You'll play a key position overseeing legal affairs relating to their property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Legal- Real Estate, you'll collaborate closely with senior executives across the organisation, including the Group Head of Acquisitions.
