Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown's sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.

Casual Bar Supervisor.

It goes without saying you have strong knowledge of beverages, including spirits, beers, wine & ciders and you are ready for your next role to consistently deliver our premium product whilst promoting an energetic culture.

What you'll be doing / a day in the life:
Take charge of an assigned Bar within the stadium from the Hospitality Boxes / Lansdown Restaurant/ Sports bar/ Players lounge or Heineken restaurant

֍ Ensuring the work area is ready for service with pre
- and post-service checks, we are a cashless stadium so ensuring the Tech is all working is a must

֍ Always follow all bar Stadium operational standards and Health and safety procedure

֍ Supervise, direct, develop, motivate, encourage & train the team using great communication skills

֍ Engaging in guests' interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner

֍ Ensure consistency of beverage preparation, presentation, and quality

֍ Monitor stock control and rotation

֍ Upselling & merchandising

֍ Be creative with new offerings and initiatives to drive business
