We currently have several sites in Newcastle and Doncaster.
We will shortly be activating a new opening in Harrogate and are looking to expand our portfolio in the North-East & Yorkshire regions.
As a manager you will be a committed and natural leader that can inspire the team to work alongside you to make the business thrive.
You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the business, which will involve rota's & labour controls, line cleaning, cellar management, working with kitchen team on food standards, promoting food & drink specials, work closely with our social media team to maintain a fresh social media presence, maintaining standards of cleaning, recruitment & team training, keeping accurate records/paperwork, till & cash controls and control of all stock and ensuring customers satisfaction.
You must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, you will need to be a hands-on leader that sets the standard and leads from the front, attention to detail, an outgoing personality, ability to work well under pressure and have a sound understanding about P&L/financial controls.
Previous experience of working in a high-volume bar/restaurant is essential.
You will be required to work as the business need dictates include evenings, weekends & late nights.
A flexible approach to work and your own transport are preferred.
