    POSITION:

    Installations Project AdministratornLOCATION:

    Hebden Bridge, in office Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pmnSALARY:
    £26-27,000 (depending on experience)


    OVERALL PURPOSE:


    nOur client is the leading garage equipment company in the UK and they are looking to recruit the role of Installations Project Administrator within their installation department.

    The role will be to work closely with fellow members of the Installation Team and other colleagues to ensure all projects run smoothly from start to finish.


    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
    nWorking closely with Project/Senior Managers in the preparation of project file documentation, H&S information, and site operations in accordance with
    CDMnApproval and acceptance of RAMs, H&S documentation from contractorsnCreating and managing each site's Risk registernUpdating WIP (work in progress) and POW (program of works) on a daily basisnAssist with the creating and compiling of reports when requirednAnswering email and phone queries regarding installation projectsnSupporting with procurement and hire of equipment where requirednCommunicating with the Project Manager to ensure the timely completion of all project worksnFacilitating site deliveries to minimize operational disruption within the customer's premisesnEnsuring all project documents are completed, up to date stored and communicatednEnsuring all internal engineers and subcontractors have the relevant training, qualifications, Health and Safety documentation, insurances and have current CSCS cardsnPreparation and close out of project documents following the successful completion of a project
